David Klein, is the Founder and President of The Green River Group, based in of Park City, Utah. David has over 20 years of experience working with all levels of organizations from CEOs to non-management personnel. His expertise is in the areas of executive coaching, team development, leadership, behavioral assessments and group facilitation. David's major projects have centered on issues of organizational change, the creation and implementation of cross-functional teams, behavioral assessments for developmental planning and executive coaching and development.

David is a licensed psychotherapist with an undergraduate degree in marketing and management, graduate degree in clinical social work and four years of post graduate training as a psychotherapist. He has served as managing partner with two organizational consulting firms, Brittain Klein Inc, and TriSource Group.

William P. Brittain, Ph.D.

Dr. Brittain brings more than twenty years experience as a human resource consultant in both the public and private sectors. His areas of expertise include program planning, organizational/system design and evaluation, management development, personnel selection and executive evaluation.

Dr. Brittain is a recognized authority in the application of behavioral evaluation in management & career development. He works closely with his clients to develop corporate succession plans, career paths, management selection strategies and development programs tailored for executive and upper middle managers.

Merrilee Buchanan

Merrilee has more than twenty years of experience working with executives, groups and organizations as a trainer, coach and consultant. As a seasoned Psychotherapist, she excels at helping individuals and organizations identify and break through limiting beliefs and practices around productivity and ongoing success.

Merrilee is often sought after by women executives for coaching in leadership, life-work balance and conflict resolution. She has been extremely successful working with her clients nationally, utilizing phone coaching, teleclass training and on-site consultation. Additionally, Merrilee has helped her clients in areas of job benchmarking, selection and employee retention.

Merrilee has both B.S. and M.S.W. degrees and is a licensed Psycotherapist. She is a native of Salt Lake City with her office in Park City, Utah, where she currently lives.
